2. Set a time limit for your sale.
We suggest 3 or less weeks.

3. Distribute flyers to your sellers and begin your fundraiser.

4. Collect and tally your orders.
Collect all the order forms and money (if your customers are paying in advance) from your sellers. Then simply tally the orders on the Order Summary sheet included in your Cookie Mix Participant Kit. Be certain that all of your group’s sales are turned in at once. Any add-ons to your original order will be considered separate orders and will impact your profit percentage.

5. Phone or fax your order to the Fundraiser Assistance Center.
Don’t worry about paying at the time you place your order; we’ll mail you an invoice upon credit approval and after your products are shipped. Payment is due within 30 days.

About the Current Fundraiser Cookie Mix Program


What is the minimum order?
Due to the high cost of delivering tubs of cookie mix, Current Fundraiser has a 96 unit minimum order.

Can our supporters purchase cookie mix online?
Not all cookie mixes featured in our cookie mix brochure are available online; only a few select flavors in a smaller tub sizes are listed on our website. Your supporters may shop online, however units purchased on the website cannot be applied to your final cookie mix order and profit margin.

Can our organization raise funds with the Cookie Mix Program and Catalog and/or Online Program at the same time?
Yes, your organization can use any of our three programs at the same time. The only requirements are that you must meet the minimum $100 order amount for the Catalog Program, and the 96 unit/tub order for Cookie Mix Program. Orders for each program must be placed separately and will be shipped separately.

How long will it take to receive my cookie mix once I place my order?
Turnaround time is 1-2 weeks after we receive your order.

What size are the tubs of cookie mix?
The cookie mixes featured in our brochure are sold in 3.0 lb. tubs and each tub makes 48 1-ounce cookies.

Do dry mix cookies require refrigeration?
Dry mixes do not require refrigeration during shipment or delivery. To prepare the mix for baking, simply add butter and eggs and mix. As explained on the product package, mixed dough should be refrigerated or frozen in its plastic tub for later use.

Do any of the cookie mix flavors contain nuts or eggs?
Our dry mixes do not contain nuts and all are produced by Delisheries in a peanut-free facility. However, all of our cookie mixes contain wheat and require eggs to be prepared properly. Delisheries dry mixes are all natural and Kosher Certified by Orthodox Union.

How much will I pay for shipping and delivery?
Your cookie mix order will be shipped for free, however, you must meet the 96 unit minimum. The shipper will deliver to the door of your destination. Please note that you will be charged a $50 free if you request the shipper to bring the products inside your building, and a $100 fee if you request lift gate delivery.

What if I have a problem with my order?
If you have a problem with your order, you may contact the Fundraiser Assistance Center. Please check your order prior to signing the freight receipt. It is imperative to note any problems on the delivery receipt prior to signing the form. In the event of shortage or damage, the pick list and freight delivery receipt will need to be faxed to us.

How do I pay for my cookie mix order?
Current Fundraiser will mail you an invoice after your cookie mix order is shipped. Payment is due in 30 days. We accept credit cards, personal or organizational checks, money orders, and school purchase orders.

When should our sellers collect money from their customers?
Money may be collected from your customers either up front or when the customer’s orders are delivered. You may increase sales if you allow extra time and let your customers pay when their orders arrive. Or, if you like, you can ask for the money up front. Then you’ll be sure you can collect on all sales, and your group will enjoy profits sooner.

To whom should our customers make their check payable?
Ask your customers to make checks payable to your organization. That way you have your profits up front and you only need to send us the amount due on your invoice.

What if our customers make the check payable to Current Fundraiser?
We will accept these checks as payment on your order, but we prefer to receive only one check from your organization. If you do send us multiple checks, it is helpful to include a calculator tape showing the total of the checks sent with your order.
